Our highly dynamic Y-Z application as a Cartesian co-ordinate module

All requirement parameters such as profile geometry, load absorption across the guide systems and selected drive elements have been taken into account to ensure that the overall result fulfils your requirements.

The HSB-sigma® series is based on the proven profile sizes 120/70 and 160/90.

The overall package is crucial:
• closed profile systems for optimal load absorption
• self-supporting profile systems, connection without additional carrier system
• low-maintenance guide systems and toothed belt drive systems
• easy system selection by specification of the permissible stroke length and load combination
• integrated drive gears, transmission ratio i= 5, 10 or 15
• high system stability with high kinetic loads

The structured modular design supports quick design representation, the defined adaptor interfaces make assembly in the system easier. Everything runs smoothly. Of course, we take customer-specific tasks taken into account and see them as challenges that we are happy to solve.

The HSB-sigma®-ZRK series is the new task solver from the HSB product series HSB-alpha®, HSB-beta®, HSB-delta®, HSB-gamma®, HSB-sigma® and HSB-KGT®.
